James Andrew Parker is “Parker Stringed Instruments” known to family and friends as Andy.
The adventure in building instruments started back in the early 2000’s with mandolins. It was a crazy place to start, but it was fun!
As time progressed and I moved away from my career in engineering. I added guitars to instruments that I enjoyed building. Recently I have added electric guitars. They are equally fun and as challenging as the acoustics on a different level.
My goal is to build great instruments at a reasonable price point for players of all levels to enjoy. If you are looking for tone and playability a “Parker” will have you covered.
Parker acoustic guitars can be purchased from what is in stock. Parker mandolins and electric guitars can be purchased from stock or custom ordered.
Quick note: I do play just enough to be annoying and would prefer to leave that to folks with real talent.
